Your Order
All orders are dealt with in strict rotation. It is your responsibility to read these Conditions carefully and raise any problems before an order is placed, and to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details with your order in case we need to contact you. If unfortunately, we are awaiting new stock and we cannot complete your order, you will be informed as soon as possible so that corrections can be made. The Goods may differ slightly from the images shown on our website, including (but not exclusively) colour or wording. The price of the Goods will be the price quoted. Pre-order items
Pre-order items may be made available from time to time, enabling you to purchase items before they have arrived in stock. The estimated date of stock arrival will be stated on the product’s page. Orders containing pre-order items will be placed On Hold until all items are available for shipping. Payment Methods
Payment can only be made via Credit/Debit Card (powered by Square), PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
Square offers secure credit card payment systems. By using third-party payment solutions, we can ensure that we are not privy to your card information at any stage of the payment process, as you will move from our site to the merchant site to enter your payment details. Using the system, we can rely on their sophisticated security measures to ensure the privacy of your data, and you can rest assured that no one has access to your information.
Bank Transfer payments must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. Orders that have not received payment within 24 hours will be cancelled.
Your order is not complete until payment has been processed. If you are wanting to collect an order at an event, please detail which event in the order comments. Rainbow Caching Ltd is not VAT registered.
Subscriptions
Rainbow Caching Ltd resells geocoin subscriptions. Your subscription is with Rainbow Caching Ltd only and not the original provider. 2nd Class standard post is included with each monthly mailing, and alternative options can be available on request. Payments are taken on a monthly basis, and any price increases will be notified to you by email with at least 2 weeks notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will receive all items paid for. Subscriptions will not be refunded, nor will goods be refunded for pending deliveries. If a subscription repeatedly fails for more than 2 days, Rainbow Caching Ltd reserve the right to cancel your subscription. If your subscription has to be cancelled 3 times, you will not be allowed to start a new one. Customers are liable for ensuring the saved payment method works and is charged successfully, ensuring payment details are updated as required. If your subscription payment is delayed beyond the cut-off date listed on the product, you will miss a monthly delivery, and your payment date will be updated going forward.
Shipments and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped using your specified mail preference, using Royal Mail in the UK. We have calculated the shipping costs based on the weight of the items, the size, and the packaging costs for the items you have ordered. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and tracked delivery is recommended. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only, and Rainbow Caching Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods. Rainbow Caching Ltd does not accept liability for any additional import duties or taxes but will ensure these are as accurate as possible. Any additional fees will not be refunded to the buyer.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Free UK Shipping
Orders over £50 (before shipping) qualify for free shipping. Only the destination country of the United Kingdom qualifies for free shipping. This offer does not apply to the Channel Islands or any other country outside of the UK. Free shipping will be Tracked 48 via Royal Mail or an alternative service from another provider, chosen at our discretion. Pre-orders and custom geocoin production orders do not qualify for the Free UK Shipping offer. Some discount codes may not qualify for free shipping. Orders may be split into multiple deliveries.
Collect at an Event
As an alternative to paying for postage, you may collect your products at an event that Rainbow Caching is attending.
Returns
Faulty items may be returned for replacement up to 7 days after receipt. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with your order details within five working days from the date you received the package.
Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback via your Card Provider, or another payment provider, without following the above-detailed Returns process, you will no longer be eligible to be a Rainbow Caching Ltd customer. All pending and future orders made to the same address, or using the same payment details, will be cancelled in full.
Missing and/or Delayed Delivery
If an issue has been experienced with delivery in previous orders, requiring a claim to be raised with the local postal service or resending of goods, and tracked postage has not been used, standard delivery will no longer be accepted for your orders. All future orders will need to use tracked delivery, and any orders will standard delivery will be cancelled and refunded. If you have chosen a delivery option with no insurance, Rainbow Caching Ltd will not accept liability for any missing items, nor will replacement items be resent.
Standard Delivery & No Insurance
If you have chosen a delivery option with no insurance, Rainbow Caching Ltd will not accept liability for any missing items, nor will replacement items be resent. You accept full responsibility when choosing a delivery option with no insurance, and you will need to follow up directly with your local mail provider to recover the items or any costs incurred. Standard delivery options without insurance include Standard Second Class and International Standard.
Reward Points
All orders qualify for Reward Points where indicated on the product page, and some items may have elevated points. You must create an account to receive these points. Points can be redeemed against future orders to offset the final cost. Points are calculated at 1 point per £1 spent and redeemed at a value of 1p. If not redeemed against an order at the point of checkout, points are worth £0.0000001 only. Points are only applied to your account after the order has been shipped and completed. Points cannot be added retrospectively. Any reports of an account falsely being created or subscribed to marketing will forfeit the account and any points.
Discount Codes
Discount Codes and/or Coupons will be made available for use at checkout to be redeemed against your order. The discount will not apply to shipping and handling and will only apply to the items in your order.
Discount codes cannot be used on pre-order items. Any orders containing pre-order items that have used a discount code will be cancelled in full, and a full refund will be made to the buyer. The buyer can then proceed to resubmit their order and use the discount code without the pre-order items or not use the discount code and include the pre-order items.
Marketing
You can also subscribe to marketing by completing registration to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing emails or by sending an email to [email protected] requesting your email address be removed. Custom Design & Production
An order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase a finished good in accordance with these conditions. An order is only deemed to be accepted once the supplier, us, issues a written acceptance of the order. Once the order has been accepted, the contract will commence. Any samples, drawings, descriptions, or advertising issued by us are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods to be delivered. Any formal estimate provided does not constitute an offer and is only valid for a period of 30 days or until the date stated in the estimate.
The goods and design are described in the order and invoice. The goods will be manufactured in accordance with the specification agreed with the customer; the customer shall indemnify the supplier, us, against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (indirect, direct, consequential, loss of profit, loss of reputation, penalties and legal and other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by us in connection with any claim made against us for the actual or alleged infringement of any third party intellectual property rights, in relation to our use for the goods. This remains after the termination of the contract.
Any delivery date or completion date is an estimation only, and does not constitute a contractual delivery guarantee. Any completion or delivery date provided is from the date of payment only, and will be delayed further if there are any pending questions or requests from the customer. The customer (you) shall indemnify the supplier (us) against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (indirect, direct, consequential, loss of profit, loss of reputation, penalties and legal and other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred, in connection delays in production, or delays in delivery. We will aim to communicate in advance any delays in production or delivery of custom orders.
If we fail to supply the goods, it will be at our cost and expense to obtain replacement goods of a similar description and quality. If the goods are lost in transit of delivery, any refund or replacement will be dependent on a successful financial claim with the responsible delivery company. If the customer fails to supply an adequate delivery address, the supplier will not be responsible for the failure to deliver the goods, and any attempt to deliver will be at the customer’s expense.
The quality of the goods shall conform to the description, be free from material defects in design, material, and workmanship, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for any purpose held out by the supplier. Minor flaws do not affect the user and aesthetics of a product. If you feel over 10% of the goods are with minor flaws, contact us to discuss and provide sufficient pictures and descriptions. We aim to catch any issues deemed unacceptable before sending you your goods but contact us with photos and quantities to discuss.
Acceptable issues include Small areas of dust, fibres, bubbles, or uneven enamel, thin enamel, the overspill of enamel, Pantone colours having a slight variation, colour variation from previous orders, light scratches in the plating from the polishing process, incorrect font, or capitalisation.
Unacceptable issues include: Missing enamel, chipped enamel, large variation of colour in the same product, chipped plating, unplated areas, and tarnished plating.
Any issues must be raised in writing within 30 days of delivery. If goods must be returned for inspection to the supplier, this is to be done at the customer’s cost and will repair or replace the defective Goods or refund the price of the defective goods in full, at the supplier’s discretion.
Payment must be received in full and cleared before any goods go into production. The order will be invoiced to the customer before the goods are put into production.
If the contract is terminated after the artwork has been created, there will not be a fee for the design produced unless the artwork is used with another supplier. To purchase the rights to the artwork and use it with another supplier, a minimum charge of £100 applies. After an order has been placed and successfully completed, the customer can use the supplied artwork without charge and can request ownership of the artwork. All preparation materials, visuals and sketches including the electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Rainbow Caching.
